  1. Description of Service
    Snail Addin (hereinafter referred to as the “Plugin”) is an auxiliary tool add-in designed for SolidWorks. It provides model export (STP / IGS / X_T / PDF / DWG / DXF), batch export, and other functions. These Terms apply to all actions relating to your purchase, download, installation, and use of the Plugin.
  2. License Authorization
    2.1 The Plugin is available in a Free edition and a Pro edition, with the Pro edition offered under a paid license model.
    2.2 The Pro edition License Key is bound to your device hardware. The Pro edition supports binding to 1 device; the Free edition does not require a License Key.
    2.3 The license is valid for 30 days from the date of activation. After expiration, you must purchase it again.
    2.4 During the valid license period, you may unbind the current device through the “Deactivate” function in the Plugin and reactivate the license on a new device.
  3. Usage Restrictions
    You agree not to:
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin;
  • modify, bypass, or otherwise circumvent the Plugin’s license verification mechanism;
  • sell, transfer, rent, or distribute the Plugin’s License Key;
  • use the License Key for any illegal purpose.
  1. User Liability for Breach
    4.1 You shall strictly comply with Section 3, “Usage Restrictions,” and other provisions of these Terms. If you violate the above provisions, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Plugin; modifying, bypassing, or otherwise circumventing the license verification mechanism; selling, transferring, renting, or distributing the License Key; or using the License Key for any illegal purpose, you will be in breach of these Terms.

4.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall have the right, depending on the circumstances of the breach, to take one or more of the following measures, individually or in combination:

  • immediately suspend or terminate your license authorization for the Plugin;
  • permanently disable or invalidate the relevant License Key, and unbind or ban the relevant device binding;
  • suspend or permanently ban your account (if any), order account, or access rights;
  • refuse to continue providing you with updates, technical support, downloads, or other services;
  • not refund fees already paid and have no obligation to refund the unused portion of the term, unless otherwise mandatorily required by applicable law.

4.3 After termination of the license, you shall immediately stop using the Plugin and delete all copies in your possession or control. The developer has the right to take technical measures to prevent you from continuing to use it.

4.4 If your breach causes the developer to suffer third-party claims, penalties, or losses, you shall be responsible for handling them and shall compensate the developer for all losses and expenses incurred as a result.

4.5 The developer’s failure to exercise, or partial exercise of, the above rights immediately shall not constitute a waiver of any right, nor shall it affect the developer’s subsequent pursuit of your liability for breach.

4.6 This section does not affect any other rights and remedies the developer may have under applicable law.

  1. Payment
    5.1 Payment for the Plugin is processed by Waffo (as Merchant of Record).
    5.2 All prices are subject to those displayed on the payment page and are generally denominated in U.S. dollars (USD).
    5.3 You shall be responsible for any taxes that may arise in your region.
  2. Refund Policy
    6.1 Because the Plugin is a digital product, once activated, it is deemed consumed.
    6.2 Refunds may be requested in the following circumstances:
  • the License Key cannot be activated normally, and the issue cannot be resolved through technical support;
  • duplicate payment;
  • the Plugin’s functions materially differ from the description.

6.3 To request a refund, please contact us at our customer service email and include the order number.
6.4 Refunds will be returned to the original payment channel within 5–10 business days after Waffo’s approval.

  1. Intellectual Property
    The intellectual property rights in all code, icons, documentation, and other content of the Plugin belong to the developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the right to use the Plugin.
  2. Disclaimer
    8.1 The Plugin is provided “as is,” and the developer makes no express or implied warranties as to its fitness, error-free operation, or uninterrupted operation.
    8.2 The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Plugin.
  3. Changes to These Terms
    The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be published on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Plugin constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
